Fabric was nice and light but different from what I expected

Adorable gowns and matching bows

I purchased the newborn personalized gown and matching personalized bow for my newborn granddaughter. Absolutely adorable! The open bottom makes diaper changing so much easier! I had a difficult time choosing the print because there are so many cute prints available. Quick shipping….the gown arrived in time for me to bring it to my daughter who lives in So Cal…. We are helping her out for a few weeks with the newborn and her 2 year old daughter. Highly recommend this company!

Quick delivery and looks amazing!

FAQ

Questions gift givers ask

Will it arrive in time?

Each set is made after you order: 2–5 business days (up to 6–7 around holidays), then about 7–10 business days in transit. These are estimates. For Christmas, order by Dec 14; later options are in the cutoff table above.

What if I spell the name wrong?

We print the name exactly as you type it, so check it before you add to cart. Spotted a mistake after ordering? Contact us within 5 hours and we’ll do our best to fix it before production starts.

Can I ship it straight to the new parents?

Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout, and tracking is emailed to you. Please double-check the address; if it needs a change, contact us within 5 hours of ordering.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Pieces can be made and shipped from more than one place, so they may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number. One package arriving first doesn’t mean the rest is missing.

What if something is wrong with it?

If it’s our mistake (a misprint, a defect or damage in transit), email support@prettybirdsbaby.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We remake or replace it first.

Is the gift box included?

Yes. Standard and Premium sets include a white gift box with “A gift for Little angel” printed on the lid. Buying single pieces instead? The gift box is its own item, so you can add it to your cart.
