ORDER EDITING / CANCELLATION
We process orders quickly, so changes are time-sensitive.
- Non-Personalized (full-price) orders: cancellation/change requests may be accepted within 24h of purchase before fulfillment begins.
- Personalized/Custom & Final Sale orders: We start processing orders as quickly as possible, so please review your order details carefully before checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12h of placing your order—we’ll do our best to help if production hasn’t started.
Forgetting to apply a discount code does not guarantee eligibility for cancellation, and discount amounts cannot be refunded or applied after an order has been submitted.
Before production, we may perform a quick review (e.g., spelling or address formatting). If something looks unclear, we’ll email you for confirmation. If we don’t reach out, it simply means no issues were flagged during our review. Since not every potential issue can be detected, customers are responsible for ensuring all details are accurate at the time of purchase.
