Type the name where the page asks for it: in the name field, or after you tap Personalize. We make it with the spelling and capitals you type, so check every letter before you add to cart. Where a live preview appears, it’s a visual guide: screen colors and name placement can vary slightly. No name field or Personalize button? That item comes without a name.

Production & shipping

Made to order: production takes 2–5 business days, and up to 6–7 during holidays and launches. Once it ships, delivery takes about 7–10 business days, and we email you tracking. Some orders arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number. Ordering for a due date? We suggest ordering 2–3 weeks ahead.

Returns & remake promise

Personalized pieces are made for one baby, so they’re final sale for change of mind. If something is wrong because of us, such as a misprint, a defect or damage in transit, email support@prettybirdsbaby.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll remake or replace it first.
