If you received the wrong items in your order please email support@prettybirdsbaby.com with a full photo of the incorrect item(s) you received and a photo of the tag displaying size/TOG rating along with your order number.

I am missing items from my order My order is lost or delayed in transit. What should I do? What is your return, exchange, and refund policy? Can I exchange my item for a different size, color, or design? Why is the color of my item different from what is shown on your website?
